About

I design for the moments where software has to keep up with the user, not the other way around. Most of my work has been with people whose job depends on getting the tool out of their way: pilots, mission planners, operators making decisions under time pressure.

Before UX, I spent years in the service industry. That background still shows up in how I work — listening first, designing for the actual job, and treating the people in front of me like the experts they are.

I came into design through Prime Digital Academy in Minneapolis and spent the last 3.5 years embedded within a Lean UX Center of Excellence supporting US Navy and Air Force programs alongside MITRE and Northrop Grumman teams.
